How To Register ...

1. Call to make sure there are still workshop spaces available for your child.  You may hold a workshop space for 3 days with a phone call to Staff  at workshop headquarters: (905) 627- 3140.  

2. Fill in all information on this registration form AND the medical form. (Two forms in total). 

3. Mail Registration Forms to: Down To Earth, 4 Carolin Court, Dundas, Ontario, L9H 5P3 OR Fax to (905) 627- . 

4. Please make cheques payable to: Down To Earth and mail to the address above. A cheque is necessary to confirm your spot. Registration is limited. We ask that you do not use post dated cheques. For further assistance, E-mail us at: office@down2earth.org 

5. Receipt of medical forms and payment in full is confirmation of your workshop registration.
